These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of venturebuildco.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Ventureer Company LLC, doing business as Venture Build Co ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

We directly provide:

• Business credit and funding advisory services — assisting businesses in establishing vendor accounts, business credit lines, and pursuing funding options suited to their circumstances.

We do not directly provide personal credit repair or credit dispute services. If you have a personal credit need, we may refer you to an independent third-party provider who performs that work directly; any service agreement for personal credit services would be between you and that provider, not us.

We are not a lender, a credit bureau, or a bank. We do not guarantee approval for any credit, loan, or line of credit, and we do not guarantee specific results, a specific credit score increase, or the removal of any specific item from a credit report. Results depend on individual circumstances.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information when engaging our services, and to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to us.

5. Personal Credit Referrals

Where we refer you to an independent provider for personal credit services, that provider is responsible for any disclosures and contract terms required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or comparable state law. See our Disclosures page for more on your rights under that law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
