1. General Disclosures

Ventureer Company LLC, doing business as Venture Build Co ("Company"), is a credit services organization. We are not a bank, a lender, or a credit bureau. We do not guarantee specific results, a specific credit score, the removal of any specific item from a credit report, or approval for any funding, credit line, or loan. Any results shared on our Site reflect individual client outcomes and are not typical or guaranteed for every situation.

2. Personal Credit Services & Your Rights

Venture Build Co does not directly perform personal credit repair or credit dispute services. If you have a personal credit need, we may refer you to an independent third-party credit services provider who performs that work directly. That provider, not Venture Build Co, is the party you would contract with for personal credit services.

If you engage any credit repair organization — whether referred by us or found on your own — federal law (the Credit Repair Organizations Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) gives you specific rights, including:

• The right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus, on your own and at no cost, without hiring anyone.
• The right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of the major credit bureaus.
• The right to cancel a credit repair services contract, without any charge or penalty, within three (3) business days of signing it.
• The right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
• Confirmation that a credit repair organization may not require or request payment until it has fully completed the services it promised to perform.

Before signing any agreement for personal credit services, that provider is required to give you the full written disclosure and contract required by law, including your specific cancellation rights and the state agency you may contact with questions or complaints.

3. Fee Timing

Fee terms for our business credit and funding advisory services will be set out directly in your service agreement with us. Fee terms for personal credit services, including any advance-fee restrictions that apply under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, are between you and the independent provider performing that work.

4. Business Funding Disclosures

We are not a lender for business funding services. We help businesses build credit profiles and identify funding options that may be available to them. Some funding options require a personal guarantee and some do not; which options are available to a given business depends on that business's individual credit file, revenue, and time in operation, and will be discussed directly with you. Any partner commissions or referral arrangements connected to a funding relationship do not affect the terms offered to you.

5. No Attorney-Client or Financial Advisory Relationship

Nothing on our Site or in our communications with you constitutes legal or financial advice. We encourage you to consult a licensed attorney or financial advisor for advice specific to your situation.
